What this is, and what it is not
The square footage is real arithmetic on the shapes you drew. There is no price attached and there deliberately is not one: what a yard costs turns on access, levels, what is already in the ground and how far material has to be carried, and a rectangle on a grid knows none of that.
Keep it and it becomes the starting point when somebody comes out to look at the yard.
